With nearly two decades of cross-industry experience, Ken Herman is driven by a clear purpose: helping organizations bring clarity to complex environments where decisions matter. Ken supports construction, industrial, and commercial organizations with structured visibility throughout the lifecycle of their projects and ongoing operations. His work extends beyond imagery to managing airspace considerations, regulatory discipline, and thoughtful execution so leaders can move forward with confidence. An active member of the FAA Safety Team in the North Texas FSDO region, Ken is committed to advancing responsible integration of unmanned aircraft systems across commercial and public safety environments. Guided by four core values, Integrity, Respect, Insight, and Excellence, Ken builds long-term partnerships grounded in trust and disciplined follow-through. Rooted in faith, he draws inspiration from Psalm 119:18: “Open my eyes, so that I will observe amazing things from your instruction.” Outside of his work, Ken is a husband and father of two daughters. He enjoys time outdoors, hunting, fishing, and supporting Texas A&M athletics.
