Q: Do you hold a Remote Pilot Certificate from the FAA?
A: Yes! While many people operate small UAS (“drone”) aircraft are not certificated, we’ve taken that step as a demonstration of our commitment to our craft.
Q: Is having a Part 107 certificate important?
A: With the popularity of drones in recent years the FAA has developed specific guidelines for the use of these aircraft for work or business purposes. The FAA stipulates in Part 107 that in order to be in compliance with the FAA a pilot must obtain this certificate to demonstrate they understand regulations, operating requirements, and procedures for safely flying drones.

With 15 years of experience across a variety of industries Ken is motivated by helping business owners solve complex challenges. With expertise in Real Estate, Insurance, and Finance, he’s passionate about finding unique solutions that further your mission and align with your vision. Naturally inquisitive, Ken develops authentic connections at the cross section of technology and people. Founder of Sky Eyes, a multi-application aerial imaging service, Ken strives to make drone technology more attainable.

Outside of the office, Ken is a husband, and a dad to two amazing daughters. He’s an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping with his family.
